Domestic Relations Attorney

(4 to 9 years’ experience)

We seek an experienced domestic relations attorney with 4 to 9 years of experience in family law to join Lynch & Owens. A successful candidate’s resume will include demonstrable and recent success as an attorney with majority family law practice. The candidate should have a proven track record of excelling in family law while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Successful applicants must have experience appearing in Massachusetts Probate & Family Courts, including motion practice and trial. The candidate should understand the nuances of family law and be prepared to discuss hypothetical legal questions in an interview setting. Please be prepared to provide strong references who can speak to your professional abilities.

Compensation is highly competitive and will be commensurate with experience, including the candidate’s recent history of generating receivables.
